Cansel TUNCER was born in Antalya in 1972. She graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1994. Later, she attended Ankara University Banking and Commercial Law Research Institute Legal English Certificate Training. After working as a lawyer and legal counsel in Ankara, she provided legal counseling and legal services to local and foreign people/companies in Antalya. She has several academic publications. She has a good command of English. She is currently working as the General Secretary of Antalya Metropolitan Municipality.

Güliz YAMAN was born in Ankara in 1983. After graduating from Gazi University Department of International Relations in 2005, she studied her master’s degree in Business Administration at Akdeniz University Institute of Social Sciences. She worked in Ministry of Health Inspection Board in Ankara, then continued her career in Antalya Provincial Health Directorate Personnel Affairs Department (R&D Project). She started to work in Antalya Metropolitan Municipality Department of Social Services in 2020 and has been continued to work in Directorate of EU Relations and Project since February 2021. She took part in various projects and worked as project coordinator in most of them. She speaks English at an advanced level.

Emine YİĞİT was born in Adana in 1986. After graduating from the Biology Department of the Faculty of Science and Letters of Muğla University, she studied his master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) at Okan University Faculty of Social Sciences. She completed the ASKİ Potable Water Quality and Waste Water Mud Production internship. She volunteered in TURMEPA Marine Clean Project and Wildlife Conservation Projects. She is interested in Climate Change Adaptation and Action Plan, Environmental Pollution and Prevention Plans, Use and Dissemination of Sustainable Energy.

Neşe Özçandır was born in Antalya in 1995. She graduated from Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University, Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, Department of Architecture. She studied architecture at Poland Łódź University of Technology with an exchange program (Erasmus+). She continues her graduate education at Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University, Department of Architecture. She speaks English at advanced level, Spanish and Polish at beginner level. She took part in various social responsibility projects. She is interested in smart cities, sustainable architecture, biomimicry in architecture, 3D visualization techniques, conservation and restoration.

Ceren Uçar was born in Antalya in 1994. After graduating from Middle East Technical University Department of Architecture, she started to study Master in Architecture at Akdeniz University. She worked as an intern at research centres in Portugal and Spain. She took part in board of the Chamber of Architects Antalya Branch in the 18th term. She speaks English at an advanced level and German at a beginner level. She is interested in smart cities, sustainable architecture, adaptive reuse, H-BIM and Life Cycle Assessment of buildings.

Ömer AKYÜREK was born in Ankara in 1977. He graduated from Yıldız Technical University, Department of Electrical Engineering in 2001 and immediately started his career as a project engineer at AES Alternative Energy Systems Company, which has applied in the field of renewable energy. In 2006, he continued his career as a consultant in the energy strategies department of the Netherlands based Ecofys Company. In 2007, he worked as a project manager in the development and execution of carbon reduction projects in OneCarbon, a subsidiary company of Ecofys. In October 2009, he founded OakDanışmanlık, which operates in the field of project development and commercialization of emission reductions in the voluntary and compliance carbon credit markets. Until 2019, he provided consultancy services to leading industry, domestic and foreign institutions such as Gold Standard, Orbeo, Rina, Zorlu Enerji, Demirer Holding, Polat Enerji, ITC Invest and Trading, Ado Enerji, Ortadoğu Enerji. From 2016 until today, he continues to serve and contribute as a Project Manager in the smart city applications, including Ufuk 2020 projects REMOURBAN, CITIFIED, MAKING CITY, MAtchUP, at Demir Enerji Danışmanlık.

M. Serdar YÜMLÜ graduated from the Department of Computer Science. He completed his masters’ degree on Computer Science and PhD on Computer Engineering at Boğaziçi University. He has more than 20 years of project management and enterprise architecture experience on managing local and international and funded project. During his academic career he had numerous studies on machine learning, artificial intelligence, financial time series forecasting and Bayesian econometrics. He has authored 10+ book chapters and international journal papers on machine learning and artificial intelligence and is giving lectures on smart cities transformation and in computer science. For more than 10 years, he dedicated his efforts on the Smart City vision and is actively managing business development activities at SAMPAŞ Holding as the Business Development Director. He is managing smart city initiatives and projects including smart energy, mobility, smart governance, smart water, health and cyber security.

Cenk GÜREKEN was born in 1993 in Istanbul. In 2016, he graduated from Izmir Institute of Technology, Faculty of Architecture, Department of City and Regional Planning with the first place. He studied architecture and urban planning with the Erasmus + exchange program in Politechnika Gdańska in Poland. He started his career as Geographical Analyst at Nokia HERE Maps and continued working as GIS and 3D Modeling Specialist at Geotech Geographical Information Systems company. He is currently working as European Union Project Specialist at SAMPAŞ and working in the development of many R&D projects. Within MAtchUP Antalya Project, he provides communication and technical coordination with the international consortium. He is interested in smart city solutions, urban automation systems, sustainable urbanization, biophilic design and urban agriculture.

Taylan ENGİN was born in 1977 in Balıkesir. He graduated from Yıldız Technical University Civil Engineering Department. He completed his master’s degree on Civil Engineering Transportation and PhD on Operations Research at Marmara University. He has undertaken many different administrative duties such as Transport Program Executive, Vocational School Member, Technical Programs Department Vice President, Construction Department President, European Union Leonardo Projects Coordinator, Eğitim-Sen representative and provincial delegation at Yıldız Technical University. On the other hand, he carried out 3 different EU Projects. In 2006, he founded a transportation planning and traffic simulation company and carried out projects related to traffic and public transportation in many city municipalities. He is currently working as a lecturer at Bandırma On Yedi Eylül University, as well as many consultancy and project duties simultaneously.

İsmail ERDOĞMUŞ was born in Nevşehir in 1961. He graduated from Gazi University Faculty of Architecture in 1983. He received various awards and degrees with 9 projects in national architectural competitions in which he participated in his early years. He continued his project and construction works at Kurgu Architecture Construction Company, which he founded in 1990. In 1998, he won the first prize in the "We Choose Beautiful Houses" contest organized by the Chamber of Architects. He has been involved in the design and construction of many prestigious residential and office projects. He has been a Member of the Board of Directors and General Manager of ANTEPE as of May 2019.

Assoc. Dr. Ayça ERDEM ÜNŞAR was born in Malatya in 1977. She graduated from Süleyman Demirel University, Faculty of Engineering. She completed her master's degree on Environmental Engineering at Akdeniz University and PhD on Civil and Environmental Engineering at Delaware University. She has been working at Akdeniz University, Faculty of Engineering, Environmental Engineering Department since 2000. She has worked as an executive, researcher and supervisor in 26 national and international projects. She has 14 indexed articles and 4 national and international book chapters. She has attended more than 100 training, courses, workshops and conferences organized in Turkey and abroad. Since 2010, she has worked as Deputy Head of Department and Member of Faculty Board. Currently she is the Vice Dean of Engineering Faculty of Akdeniz University.
